Managing Tasks

Create, edit and organise your daily tasks.

  1. Use the task links in the left sidebar to open Today or All Tasks. The dashboard now uses the shared Webblocks shell by default, and category filters can also open the same task surface in a scoped lens.
  2. Click Add Task to create a new task. Task creation opens in the same shared modal system used by Projects, Categories, and Teams. The All Tasks view still lets you set due date and priority before saving.
  3. Click the checkbox next to a task to mark it as completed.
  4. Task rows use the same compact hierarchy as collections: title first, optional short summary, one metadata line, and aligned actions. Task completion still happens from the left-side toggle, and common due-date actions can also happen inline.
  5. Use Today for the default focused view or switch to All Tasks for search, sort, and broader filtering. Advanced filters stay secondary so the task list remains easy to scan.
