- Click Export in the left sidebar to open the Export & Backup page and download your task history as a CSV file.
- Choose to export all tasks, completed only, or pending only.
- Click Download JSON Backup to export a full backup of all your data (tasks, subtasks, categories, projects, teams) as a single JSON file.
Quick tipTip: Use the JSON backup to keep an archive of all your data. The file includes subtasks, recurrence settings, project and team associations.
