- Click System → Export in the left sidebar to create a versioned JSON export.
- Choose task status, date range, sort order, task fields, and related data before creating the file.
- Use the export history to view a summary modal or download any previous JSON export.
- Click System → Import to upload a DoDone JSON export, review the preview, and append the safe records to your account.
Quick tipTip: JSON is the official DoDone export/import format. CSV export is no longer available.
